Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE BILL NO. 13 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 13 "An Act relating to eligibility requirements for medical assistance for certain children and pregnant women; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?" Senator Wagoner gave notice of reconsideration on SENATE BILL NO. 13(efd fld) "An Act relating to eligibility requirements for medical assistance for certain children and pregnant women."
